Driving/Combo Beam Pattern

The Driving/Combo pattern is designed to provide both distance and near-field illumination from a single light bar.

It combines wide-driving optics with focused spot optics to produce a smooth blend of light in front of and downrange from the vehicle. This makes the OnX6 Arc Dual Control well suited for trail driving, desert running, overlanding, and other nighttime off-road applications where both width and distance are important.

Dual Control Amber & White Lighting

Unlike a conventional single-color LED light bar, the OnX6 Dual Control allows the light's sections to be operated independently.

This provides the flexibility of having both amber and white illumination in one light bar.

Amber lighting can be especially useful in dust, fog, rain, and other situations where reflected white light can reduce visibility. White lighting provides maximum visibility and natural color rendition during clear nighttime conditions.

With the appropriate wiring and switches, drivers can select the lighting configuration that best matches current conditions.

Wiring Requirements

Wiring harnesses are not included with the light bar.

Because this is a Dual Control light bar, proper wiring is important to take advantage of its independent lighting functions.

For basic on/off operation, Baja Designs specifies two 64-0115 wiring harnesses.

To access the Hi/Low functionality, Baja Designs specifies one 64-0119 harness and one 64-0115 harness.

Vehicles equipped with factory auxiliary/upfitter switches may be able to integrate the OnX6 Dual Control into those circuits using an appropriately designed relay harness. Always verify circuit amperage and wiring requirements before connecting high-output auxiliary lighting directly to factory switches.

Ford Bronco 2021–2026 Factory AUX / Upfitter Switch Wiring

For 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the factory AUX/upfitter switches, the Baja Designs OnX6 Arc Dual Control LED Light Bar can be integrated with the Bronco's factory switch system using Baja Designs Upfitter Wiring Harness Part # 64-0094.

Two (2) Baja Designs 64-0094 upfitter harnesses are required for the OnX6 Arc Dual Control.

Standard Ford Bronco AUX Switch Configuration

For the standard 2021–2026 Ford Bronco (non-Raptor), the OnX6 Arc Dual Control can be wired so the amber and white lighting circuits are controlled independently from the factory AUX switches:

• AUX 1 – 30 Amp: Connect the two amber lighting sections
• AUX 2 – 15 Amp: Connect the white lighting circuit

This provides independent control of the OnX6 Arc's amber and white output directly from the Bronco's factory overhead AUX switches, eliminating the need to install separate aftermarket switches inside the vehicle.
