ICON Stage 4 Suspension System with Billet UCA & Remote Reservoir Coilovers – 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Sasquatch | K40014
Upgrade your Bronco with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System, part #K40014, a premium suspension package engineered for increased wheel travel, improved ride quality and sustained off-road performance.
Designed specifically for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch Package, the ICON Stage 4 system combines 2.5 Series Vehicle-Specific Remote Reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with Delta Joint Pro, and 2.5 Series Vehicle-Specific Remote Reservoir rear coilovers with ICON-engineered triple-rate rear springs.
The system provides approximately 2-3 inches of front lift and 1.25-2.25 inches of rear lift over stock 4-door Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.
Compared with Stage 3, Stage 4 adds remote reservoirs to both the front and rear coilovers, significantly increasing shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to help resist overheating, cavitation and damper fade during sustained rough-terrain driving.
With 35" tires, ICON engineered K40014 to provide up to 11.5 inches of front suspension travel and 14 inches of rear suspension travel.

Other permanently installed accessories
can reduce actual lift height.
2-Door vs. 4-Door Ride Height
ICON specifically notes:
2-door Bronco models will sit taller than 4-door models.
Customers should account for this when setting final coilover preload and ride height.
ICON 2.5 Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers
K40014 uses ICON 48700 2.5 Series Vehicle-Specific Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers.

This differs from the standard 2-3" front lift range published for other Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.
Rear Reservoir Clearance Note
ICON notes that the rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock slider mounts.
Modifications may be required depending on the design of the installed steps or sliders.
Customers with aftermarket rock sliders should verify bracket clearance before installation.
Steering Component Compatibility
ICON performed fitment testing using ICON and OE steering components.
Because clearance between the steering components and front coilovers is tight, ICON warns that certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
Customers using aftermarket:
